Who we work for
We provide project services for facilities and estate management companies and managers within a diverse portfolio of properties from many sectors across the UK.
We have lots of experience of working in many market sectors which mean we understand your requirements.
The Team
All the directors are from a trade back ground and qualified up to HNC Building studies level. Our previous careers have always been in the construction industry at a management level.
As Directors we have a clear strategy for Entire Projects. We are passionate about leading a business which supplies and delivers services to our clients with the up most safety and honesty which means projects are successfully completed on budget and on time.
We directly employ labourers, tradesman and foreman; we also supplement our labour requirement with sub-contractors. The sub-contractors we use have been vetted and placed on our matrix. They regularly need to update information and training records to maintain approved status.
We prefer to involve the foreman at the earliest stage of a project; we believe this creates ownership and pride in the project to follow. This in turn allows an improved client/contractor relationship which makes the executing of any project far better for all parties. When an existing client re-engages with us, we endeavour to return the same team of operatives and foreman on that site.
