Mezzanine Office Construction

The project consisted of turning the existing mezzanine space into workable office space.

The works undertaken consisted of:

• Structural steel alterations and new windows to the externally Tyrolene wall
• The works consisted of floor and wall mounted electrics and data
• Ceiling mounted air conditioning units
• Removal of floor beams to allow the new fire escape staircase to be cut in and fitted
• All the timber work is Ash or Ash faced boards to create the simple clean look.
