The RAC has come to the end of the lease from the education trust. We remove all the garage equipment and refurbished the office and garage area into a new modern conference and lecture hall.

The works incoprated the usual joinery and plastering along with large air exchange and air conditioning units. The existing garage roller shutters became one way viewing curtain walling and we added a retractable dividing door so the room can be split into 2 separate areas. New LED lighting incorprating zonal sensor switching, safety flooring and full decoration through out.
